The Franchise Tax Board created an opportunity to educate the property management community on the requirements involved when processing owner funds.

The Withholding Services and Compliance Section (WSCS) of the FTB designated Education & Outreach team will provide valuable information on the following:

• Withholding requirements
• How to submit withholding and payments
• Possible exemptions

The presentation provides an opportunity to build working relationships and answer questions that may arise from our members and their clients.
