Speaker Michelle Durey is a General Contractor and Partner at Zebra Construction. She and her team have worked on over 100 Soft Story Retrofitting projects in Southern California. Her primary goal in engaging property owners is to educate and enable them to make the best decision for their retrofit project. Michelle takes a collaborative approach in working with clients to put forth economical and high quality solutions that meet city requirements. She will share her knowledge and experience in the retrofitting world since 2016.
